Well last week we got our first taste of real winter... it snowed about 2 inches but that's not bad for only a couple of hours worth. Luckily it did not get real cold too or they could have delayed the start for school which of course the girls always cross their fingers for. Still that just means its time to dust off the old scraper and start the car a little earlier for work.

Those pictures make me want to curl up in a ball and run for the heating vent. Snow, I mean stick to the ground and pile up kind of snow. I guess you really should be getting ready to welcome the winter.
I have to say that I find it so funny.I remember when you lived in St. George and you came home one time and you were like a little ice cube the whole time, just talking about how cold it was. And now look where we are...you are in a beautiful but cold place where you have to scrape your windows and shovel walks, and school can be canceled due to winter storms...and I am on the other side now.
Making vows not to return to Utah when there is a chance of snow in the forecast. Especially with the kids because that means that I would have to buy them all new cold place clothes.
You are a brave girl Lisa, and I am very proud of you for taking one for the team and getting out there to scrape those car windows. Three cheers for you!
